A wife has been arrested after her she allegedly killed her husband by setting him on fire for refusing to give her access to his mobile.
Ilham Cahyani, 25, asked Dedi Purnama, 26, for the passcode while he was working on the roof of their home repairing tiles.
However, they started arguing and he climbed down off the roof and hit her.
They started to grapple with one another until Cahyani allegedly grabbed hold of a can of petrol and poured it over Dedi.
She then set him alight using a lighter in the village of Pandanwangi, Indonesia.
A witness identified as Oji told reporters he had run over to the scene after spotting the flames and helped put them out.
Police chief Made Yogi revealed Purnama was rushed to the Keruak Health Centre and underwent treatment for two days for the burns.
Pictures from hospital show large parts of his body covered in burns as he lay dying at a health centre.
Dedi died after two days later.
Wife Cahyani has been arrested and reportedly remains in custody at East Lombok Regional Police Station.
