On sunday at Bibiani, an accident involving a sprinter bus with registration HE 801-16 and a pick up with registration GE 7091-16 collided with many fatalities. It is yet to be known what caused the crash, although the police have started their investigations.
The victims recorded so far are two Chinese and five Ghanaians nationals are feared dead.
Ghanamatters.com understand, several others have also sustained injuries and are thought to be receiving treatment at the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital (KATH), in Kumasi.
Road accidents continue to be a major problem for many Ghanaians.
It appears the amount of funds invested in road safety campaigns continue to show little or no results.
