SATURDAY night was certainly a good one for fashion student, Miss Rebecca Kwabi.
After beating 19 other contestants to emerge Miss Ghana 2019, she also bagged four other awards.
Rebecca Kwabi was adjudged Miss Fitness, Miss Photogenic, Miss Best Skin and Miss Top Model when the beauty pageant organised by Exclusive Events Ghana came off at the Kempinski Gold Coast Hotel, Accra on July 6, 2019.
And for grabbing the bragging rights as Miss Ghana 2019, Rebecca Kwabi,26, a fashion student of Maureen Signature Institute received a Hyundai official car and she will represent Ghana at the Miss World pageant.
Rebecca Kwabi will also do volunteer work with Exclusive Events Ghana for a year, receive a monthly allowance of GHc1,000 among others.
Miss Sarah Odei Amoani,22, a law student at the University of Professional Studies and Miss Deborah Opoku Sarfo, a 23-year-old purchase & supply graduate of the Koforidua Technical University took the second and third positions respectively.
They each received among other prizes a Hyundai Grand i10 official car and will volunteer with Exclusive Events Ghana and the Miss Ghana Foundation for a year.
This year’s Miss Ghana produced by Da Rap Dacta, Okyeame Kwame was hosted by Emmanuel Edem Smith, Ato Ghartey, Kafui Dey and Karley Mettle Addo.
Judges for the night were Sandra Amponsah Ayivor, Albert Kwabena Dwumfour, Akumaa Mama Zimbi, Prince Etornam Attipoe, Inna Patty and Nina Atalah.
The night also saw performances from Okyeame Kwame and the National Dance Ensemble.
