A speeding motor bike on Sunday knocked and killed a mother and daughter at Nuaso in the Lower Manya Krobo Municipality of the Eastern Region.
The accident occurred Sunday evening.
Bodies of the deceased Mamle Teye, 33 , and a her daughter, Huno Philna ,8 have been deposited at the Mortuary of the St. Martin de Porres Hospital in Agormanya.
Meanwhile ,the motor rider was treated and discharged last night, but was shortly arrested by the Police to assist investigation.
The Odumase Police has commenced investigation into the accident.
