The Member of Parliament for Assin Central, Kennedy Ohene Agyapong, has responded to a distress call from a group of young Ghanaians who have been stranded in Lebanon.
A video which went viral showing over 100 Ghanaians in desperate situation pleading for assistance to airlift them back to Ghana has received the attention of the Assin Central MP.
Mr Kennedy Ohene Agyapong in response to the distress call has pledged $100,000 to help repatriate over 100 Ghanaian young women who are stranded in Lebanon. “My $100,000 is ready to help them come back home,” he said on Net2 TV programme.
