Former President Jerry John Rawlings yesterday Monday 25th February 2019 took matters into his own hands by directing traffic on Pampram Road.
Traffic in Accra is becoming uncontrollable and it is argued that, it could take away about 3 hours of motorist time each day.
Clearly the action of the former president must be commendable as it showcases a clear leadership to the people.
