The Power Distribution Service (PDS) has said a team of engineers are working hard to restore power to areas of Accra which were affectedby the recent rainstorms which occurred at dawn on Sunday.
A statement issued by the PDS says the power cuts were caused by tree falling on the distribution lines.
Interrupted power outages have been recorded in parts of Ghana in recent times. The government continues to deny, Ghana is facing any dumsor crisis.
