A former new patriotic party general secretary, Mr Kwadwo Owusu Afriyie, popularly known as Sir John, has kicked the bucket.
Sources say he died in Accra after a short illness.
The late Sir John was the CEO of the Forestry Commission.
He died after testing positive for Covid-19. Unfortunately, he couldn’t survive treatment at the ICU of the Korle Bu Teaching Hospital.
